BAR

Cock & Hoop, our rather smart public house, is right next door (although you can access it through the lobby on the ground floor). We serve fine locally brewed cask & craft beer, alongside a fantastic wine, spirit & cocktail list. We also serve a fantastic brunch & lunch menu during the day & pizza menu in the evening. If you would like to charge food or drinks to your room during your stay, please ensure you have your signed key card wallet with you to show to the team

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served daily in the Cock & Hoop pub from 7-9:30 Monday-Friday & 8-10:30 Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays. Please ensure you have booked your table with reception. If you would prefer you can have your breakfast delivered to your room for a £5 charge. Please complete the online form the night prior.

CASHPOINT

The nearest cashpoint is less than five minutes walk. Turn right out of the hotel & proceed to the bottom of High Pavement. Turn Right & walk straight up the road until you reach Sainsburys which is where you will find the cashpoint

CHECKOUT

Checkout is 11am If you require a later checkout please contact reception the evening before departure & we will organise this for a small charge if available

CHEMIST

The Glasshouse Chemist at 42-44 Glasshouse Street will dispense prescribed drugs from 9am to 9pm daily. Telephone 0115 948 0658 for further details. The hotel is prohibited by law from providing any guests with prescription medicines – this includes asprin & paracetamol

DOGS

We do allow guests to bring dogs with them & to stay in allocated dog friendly rooms. There is a charge of £25 per stay and we ask that they are not left unattended at any time in the hotel. Dogs are very welcome in the Cock & Hoop on a lead.

HAIR DRYER & IRON

You will find a hairdryer either in your wardrobe or in the drawer under your luggage rack or mirror. An iron & ironing board will be in your wardrobe.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

We operate a daily housekeeping service from 9am-2pm during which time your room will be cleaned. If you do not wish to be disturbed then please place the door hanger on the door handle outside your room. Outside of these hours reception can arrange for additional items to be delivered to your room by completing the online form

LAUNDRY

If you would like us to organise next day dry cleaning or laundry, please place your garments in the laundry bag provided & complete the form. For next day service please bring your items to reception by 8am Sunday to Thursday

LUGGAGE

We are more than happy to store luggage for you before or after your stay. Due to storage restrictions we are unable to store luggage for more than 48 hours after departure. The hotel will accept no liability in the event of lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen luggage

MAINTENANCE

Please call reception or complete the online form if you encounter any maintenance related problems & we will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible

MINI BAR

Your mini bar is stocked with snacks & drinks which are chargeable. A price list can be found on the front of the fridge. Any items that you consume will be charged upon departure

NEWSPAPERS

If you would like a newspaper please contact Reception & we will arrange to have it delivered to your room in the morning

RAILWAY STATION

Nottingham Railway Station is situated on Carrington Street, just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel

ROOM SERVICE

We offer a 24 hour pizza menu. The menu can be found hanging on the back of your door & can be ordered either via the online form or by contacting reception

SMOKING

The hotel has a strict no smoking or vaping policy in all outlets & bedrooms

TOWELS

If there are not two sets of towels on your towel rail, an extra set can be found in your wardrobe. If you are staying for more than one night and require fresh towels please put your old ones in the bath and they will be replaced

WATER

There is a complimentary bottle of water bedside your bed. The hotel water is safe to drink
