HOTEL BOOKING POLICY
A credit card is required to guarantee your booking. All details are stored securely.
A payment will only be taken at the time of booking if you have chosen an advanced purchase and non-refundable rate option
If you have a booked a flexible rate then you will be asked to pay for your stay upon arrival
For all stays card details will be taken again on arrival as a guarantee for any food or beverage items you purchase during your stay
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 3pm, the day prior to your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or if you fail to arrive for your booking, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the 1st night of your stay
If you have chosen to book an advanced purchase and non-refundable rate your deposit will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled at any stage
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day you’re due to arrive. Early check-in can be requested but not guaranteed.
Check-out is by 11am on your agreed departure date. Late check-out can be requested but not guaranteed.
Reception is staffed 24/7, so you are free to check-in at any time of day. Please let reception know if you will be arriving after 11 pm as the doors may be locked for security reasons.
SMOKING POLICY
We do not permit smoking in the hotel or bedrooms. Our Courtyard Room and Hideout have private outside smoking areas, otherwise guests are requested to smoke outside
If you are found to have been smoking in your room we reserve the right to charge a deep cleaning fee of £50 to the card we hold as guarantee
MISCELLANEOUS
We do not permit groups in the hotel that will disrupt the peace for our guests.
Each room has a fully stocked minibar and you will find the price list in your room. The minibar is an honesty bar, any items found to be consumed after departure will be charged for
Pets are welcome to stay in one of our pet friendly rooms which can be requested at time of booking. However, it is the guests responsibility to ensure the pet is not left alone in the room at any point. We also reserve the right to charge a deep cleaning fee of £50 to the card we hold as guarantee if your pet is found to have fouled the room
